Andy has studied Karate and Mixed Martial Arts from the age of six – before most Windsorites had even heard of it! He was always an active, serious athlete, and – after hard work and dedication – eventually excelled at every sport he tried. Andy always saw personal training as the next logical step in his health and fitness career.
Over the years, Hurricane Training’s reputation for accommodating clients of all shapes, sizes, and levels of experience quickly spread throughout the fitness community.
